Mimi's Dulce Dreams started in my kitchen — a love letter to the bakeries of Puerto Rico and the pastel cakes my abuela used to make for every birthday.

Every cake is hand-piped, every mallorca dusted by hand, every batch baked the way my family taught me. No shortcuts. Just sweet, soulful, scratch-made baking.
